No hardball (FMJ) ammo - lead, lead tip or hollow point are OK. 48 rounds, shot at 4 distances; 6 rounds in 6 seconds at 10 yds, 6 rounds in 7 seconds at 15 yds, 6 rounds in 8 seconds at 20 yds. and 6 rounds in 9 seconds at 25 yds. A total of 12 rounds will be shot at each distance
